Leslie Ellis now travels the world to in-person and online events, helping leaders and entrepreneurs by equipping them with practical tools they can implement immediately to strengthen leadership alignment, improve decision-making, and accelerate successful transformation. Throughout her career, Leslie noticed a troubling pattern: the organizations with the greatest talent, resources, and strategies often failed to execute meaningful change. She discovered that transformation rarely breaks down because of poor strategy, it breaks down because of the conversations leaders never have. The most damaging obstacles are often invisible: unspoken concerns, misaligned priorities, false agreement, and leadership blind spots. Leslie has made it her mission to help executive teams uncover what is left unsaid, transform conflict into alignment, and build organizations that reinvent proactively instead of reacting when disruption forces their hand.
Leslie Ellis was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and now lives in Lexington, KY with her husband Brett of 6 years and their 2 children. Leslie holds a few certificates such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation, Certified Reinvention Associate, Human Synergistics suite of organizational assessments and completed the Conscious Business Master Program. She has earned recognition as one of the Top 50 Most Dynamic Women in the Charlotte Region and one of CLARITY's 50 Influential Thought Leaders in Change Management. Leslie has shared her expertise on numerous podcasts, including The Top Gun Show, Management Muse, The BOLT Podcast, and many others. Leslie has spent more than two decades guiding senior leadership teams through complex, high-stakes initiatives across 42 countries. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Meaningful Change Consulting, a woman-owned advisory firm helping organizations navigate transformational change with clarity, confidence, and measurable results.
