Accessibility Statement

Meaningful Change Consulting is committed to digital accessibility for everyone.

We are committed to making our website accessible and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is not just a technical requirement — it reflects our core belief that meaningful change belongs to everyone.

Our Commitment

We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA — the current international standard for web accessibility. These guidelines help ensure our content is clear, usable, and accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

How We Do This

Using clear headings, labels, and consistent navigation so users can easily orient themselves on every page

Providing meaningful text alternatives (alt text) for images and non-text media

Ensuring sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)

Making the site fully compatible with screen readers, magnification software, and other assistive technologies

Designing for full keyboard accessibility — every function available by mouse is also available via keyboard

Including visible focus indicators so keyboard users can always see where they are on the page

Providing a "Skip to main content" link so screen reader and keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation

Respecting user preferences for reduced motion, high contrast mode, and text resizing

Standards & Conformance

We are actively working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which is the standard referenced by:

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
European Accessibility Act (EAA)
EN 301 549 European Standard

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task. We regularly review our website using both automated testing tools and manual evaluation, and we welcome feedback from users to help us identify and address any barriers we may have missed.

Known Limitations

While we work toward full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, some third-party embedded content (such as forms and video embeds provided by external platforms) may not fully meet these standards. We are actively working with our technology partners to address these gaps.

Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please reach out — we take all accessibility concerns seriously and aim to respond within 2 business days.
